American Hot Dog
A promo on the subway for Obama’s visit to Oslo to receive his Nobel Peace Prize. For $6.92 US which would be about 40 kr. Expensive in the states, but cheap in Norway.
America Hot Dog = Hot Dog wrapped in Bacon in a bun with Ketchup and Mustard.

I had two reactions when I saw that – first of all, it made me want a real NYC hot dog with gunk on top. Then I noted that the people who protect the President are the Secret Service, not CIA…
(And the baconated hot dog’s fairly gross)

I need to get a NYC hot dog next time I am there. I am used to Chicago hot dogs and have yet to try one of these “American Hot Dogs” in Norway. I did have the Norwegian version which is pretty good.

I’ve been eating baconated hot dogs in Oslo these days. They cost only 25 NOK, reduced price!!!
And there is more commercials for the Obama visit; “Hey Mr. President! A cup of coffee? Clinton had one.” :p
