…to post about all the lovely snow we are going to get. [read with sarcasm]
The snow started falling Monday and is now falling pretty rapidly. The first and last snow always is that heavy mix of high water content… good for making snow balls, bad for driving around and shoveling.
Remember when you were a kid and the first time you saw some kid reaching into a pouch and pull out a big wad of shredded gum? Big League Chew… pretend to be like a professional baseball player and grab some chew.
While at my local gas station I came across some and honestly, I am suprised they still allow it to be packaged that way.
Anyways, for some reason Big League Chew is one of the softest bubble gums I ever had, a lot better than what you got with baseball cards.
Had to head into the city a few weeks ago pretty early and caught a nice view of the sun coming up silhouetting the city.
Wish I lived closer to the city but sometimes it’s nice to not have to deal with all of that “city” stuff, like getting your car towed for winter parking when there isn’t even snow or forecast for snow.
GM has lost it’s only potential buyer for the Swedish auto brand Saab. It appears the Norwegian super-car maker, Koennigsegg withdrew its offer due to them unable to reach agreement with Saab’s stockholders to transform Saab from a high-volume auto producer to a premium auto builder. I drove a Saab once. It took me 5 minutes and a lot of head scratching to find the ignition in the center console.

A promo on the subway for Obama’s visit to Oslo to receive his Nobel Peace Prize. For $6.92 US which would be about 40 kr. Expensive in the states, but cheap in Norway.
America Hot Dog = Hot Dog wrapped in Bacon in a bun with Ketchup and Mustard.
