Is sort of what Norway is this time of year. For having sunlight most of the time in the summer I guess the trade-off is having it dark by 4 p.m. in the winter.
Nice thing in the city is that most of the sidewalks have under-pavement heating so there is no snow and limited ice.
A lot of people moving around with luggage.
