Just caught a feature on a new rice called Aghani Bora which was developed in India.
For industrialized nations, there is “instant” rice that you can cook in the microwave but for most, we like the cooked rice that takes about 30-45 minutes to cook. What do you do if you don’t have a means to cook?
That is where Aghani Bora comes in. The rice just takes 45 minutes to “cook” in room temperature water or just 15 minutes in look warm water. Cool.
