Walking along the beach, I came across the clean classic Peugeot 404.

I’ve been in Cyprus for a few days and on the route we take to the beach I saw this clean RX-8 peeking out in the alley.
Didn’t take a closer look because honestly, it’s damn hot here and I’ve seen a lot of RX-8s so no biggie – right?
Photo with duo-tone for that artsy feel.
Another good laugh at the Oslo airport luggage carousel.
Apparently they are afraid of people running and jumping rope on it…
I got a good laugh when I saw the toilet doors at the Bergen airport. They are very hard to miss and hopefully everyone knows which to go in.
I was wondering why the wheelchair person wasn’t doing something similar – is that pushing the idea too far?
Yes, they sell whale in Bergen, Norway at the pier. I really want to taste whale but, if I don’t like it then it would have been a big waste. I think the next time I am in Bergen I will though.
I know there is reservation about eating whale. I did some research and found that most likely the whale sold here is Minke whale. Like Japan, whaling has deep rooted history in Norway.
According to MarineBio.net:
Japan and Norway are the main whaling nations of today. In both Norway and Japan whale meat is available for human consumption. These countries are taking a number of Minke whales – a species previously not whaled because it was too small and fast. Minkes are currently very abundant and the whaling nations argue that their large numbers show that they can be harvested.
Back to that old school Opel I posted earlier.
Took a photo from the back with the lovely couple entering. Congrats!
So this is one of those petrified trolls. He just happened to get stuck in a position that leads people to climb on his arm and take photos.
So, the Norwegians felt bad that his arm might fall off so they at least gave him some support.
